Cloud-Based Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud-Based Software Engineer to join our Entitlements and Connectivity Platform Technology team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our technology team, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance cloud-based applications using Spring Boot micro-services. Your expertise in Java, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, messaging middleware, SQL, and NoSQL databases will enable you to create robust and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using Spring Boot micro-services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop software solutions
  • Review code quality, ensure scalability, and implement low-latency services
  • Improve team practices to enhance developer experience
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge in building cloud-based applications for the cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot micro-services, REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with messaging middleware (PubSub, Solace, SQS, SNS)
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Able to build performant and resilient micro-services with high standards for maintainability
