Geotechnical Practice Leader Position

As a seasoned geotechnical professional, you will lead our Newcastle team in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects.

Manage the team, mentor and develop talent, build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

  • Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline are essential.
  • A strong track record in delivering innovative, safe and cost-effective geotechnical solutions is required.
  • Deep technical knowledge in areas such as slope stability, foundation design, retaining systems and ground improvement is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of local ground conditions, geotechnical risks and relevant regulatory frameworks is required.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, engage with clients and lead multidisciplinary teams is essential.
  • Genuine passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent is necessary.
  • Proactive approach to building and nurturing long-term client relationships is required.
  • Collaborative spirit and commitment to sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement is essential.
