An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Sales Professional to join the SPORTSCRAFT team at our Coffs Harbour store.
As a leader in the Australian fashion industry, we design and manage Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG. Our brands have been curated, grown, and evolved to be at the forefront of Australian fashion. We celebrate our history while allowing our brands to express themselves in contemporary, relevant, and authentic ways.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation. Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will be an ambassador for our brand, building rapport and developing customer relationships. You will thrive on teamwork and collaboration, prioritizing tasks and expectations, and embodying our values of being a collective, thriving on change, built to last, and playing to win.
We are seeking someone with customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. As a brand ambassador, you will have a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships. You must have a love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry, as well as impeccable personal presentation. You will also be flexible with availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated salary based on location and experience).
