About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care needs.
  • Assist clients to develop skills and promote independence, enabling them to live their best lives.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver holistic care and support to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Current Queensland driver's licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Good computer & mobile device skills
