Responsibilities
  • Maintain stock integrity by ensuring accurate counts during stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize stock handling and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with leadership to drive stock practices and ensure effective replenishment strategies.
  • Manage inventory in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Support shop floor staff with stock movements and product availability.
Qualifications
  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation with the ability to inspire others around stock and inventory practices.
  • Solutions-driven individual able to implement efficient processes.
  • Ability to multitask while remaining resilient through change and recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and openness to personal and professional development.
  • Confident, personable, and able to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and process products up to 20 kg.
