This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professional service technicians as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technician.

\

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out operational, maintenance, and repair works on commercial Chillers and HVAC equipment across Canberra and the surrounding areas.

\

About the Role

\

As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional support, participate in after-hours standby duty roster, and foster professional working relationships among technicians and apprentices.

\

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and unplanned service, maintenance, and commissioning of all types of Trane and other brand of Chiller Plants\
  • Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed\
  • Participate in the after-hours standby duty roster\
  • Foster and maintain professional working relationships among technicians and apprentices; demonstrate ability to work within pairs and smaller teams\
  • Comply with all safety, company, and statutory policies and procedures at all times\
  • Participate in all company-facilitated training and service meetings as required\
  • Facilitate on-site training for technicians and apprentices; supervise work performed by an allocated apprentice as needed\
  • Quote and bring in new client leads for small service repairs\
