Key Responsibilities- Economic Exposure: Develop a deep understanding of economic exposure within the tech industry to tailor solutions to customers' financial and business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services within the existing customer base, focusing on higher deal sizes (10K+).
- Partner Utilization: Leverage partner resources and utilize customers from partner networks to maximize revenue and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Account Growth: Collaborate with other sales channels to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on organic growth within the account portfolio.
- Mandarin and Cantonese fluency is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the Mid-Market segment.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales cycles, and industry-specific factors.
- Experience with channel sales and a robust background in Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles.
