We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Experience in residential aged care or home care is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of dementia care and palliative care support is also advantageous.
This is a permanent part-time position working Thursday to Saturday 7am - 3pm, with potential for casual opportunities.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including managing catheters, administering syringe drivers, and providing wound management.
You will also be expected to identify and escalate clinical deterioration, maintain strong documentation skills, and lead, support, orientate and educate Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1, and possess proficiency in decision making, critical analysis, and on-the-spot problem solving.
