The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy rigid vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining precise records of vehicle logs and any incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive heavy rigid vehicles safely and in compliance with all road regulations and company policies.\
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.\
  • Efficiently load and unload goods, materials, or passengers as required.\
  • Plan and navigate efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.\
  • Maintain precise records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and any incidents.\
  • Promptly report vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the relevant department.\
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.\
  • Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.\
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\
