About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Project Manager to join our team at Sanitarium. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of capital expenditure projects across our Berkeley Vale Manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional project management services to deliver multi-disciplinary engineering projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Manage project needs and expectations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes, including trades and third-party resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to meet time and budget requirements.
  • Provide recommendations and influence on engineering capital investment options.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory authorities.
  • Report on active projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong understanding of project delivery, financial acumen, and project schedules.
  • Proven experience in delivering CAPEX projects, specifically around building works.
  • Extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of GMP and hygienic equipment design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and BMS Software.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience.
  • Must be currently based in Australia and willing to commute to Berkeley Vale, NSW 5 days a week.
