We are seeking a seasoned Treasurer professional to join our team during a pivotal phase of growth and maturity. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to shape and execute funding, liquidity, and balance sheet strategies.

About the Role:
  • Leverage your expertise in funding and liquidity strategies, securitisation programs, and balance sheet management to drive financial soundness and compliance across the Treasury function.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external funding partners to ensure the effective execution of Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the investment portfolio, asset allocation, and surplus funds while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance treasury systems, processes, and policies in line with business scale and regulatory expectations.
About You:
  • You have a proven track record in senior Treasury roles within banking or financial services, with broad exposure across funding, securitisation, and balance sheet management.
  • You possess a deep understanding of APRA Prudential Standards, ALCO reporting, and regulatory expectations.
  • You have experience engaging with external funding markets, regulators, and executive leadership.
  • You are a strategic thinker who brings rigour, resilience, and stakeholder influence.
  • You meet APRA Fit & Proper criteria for a Responsible Person.
