Key Responsibilities
  • Manage refrigeration engineering scope of work documents for all new store and store refurbishment projects.
  • Lead and manage in-store project support activities that deliver refrigeration works for new and store refurbishments.
  • Oversee the identification, initiation, and delivery of business units' energy and greenhouse emissions minimisation strategies.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of approved projects to realise these strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A refrigeration trade certificate or relevant tertiary qualification in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in supermarket, commercial refrigeration, and HVAC, specifically installation, commissioning, maintenance, and engineering.
  • Team management experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Supermarket commissioning and/or installation supervisory level experience is essential.
