The Role

We're seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes. This involves adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, and hygiene safety standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be friendly, outgoing, and have a strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to understand and follow recipes and checklists. While experience in the food industry is beneficial, it's not required. What we're looking for is someone who loves Mexican cuisine, has a vibrant personality, and is willing to learn and grow with us.

What We Offer

A competitive salary: $$$55,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated), depending on location and experience. Our estimates suggest an average salary range based on national averages in Australia.
