As a skilled professional, you will be working on diverse problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors in various business areas. Your focus will be on analysing requirements, developing, implementing and supporting solutions using appropriate tools and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Scope of Work, deliverables and schedule; participate in teleconferences with stakeholders; provide reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead project deliverables ensuring strategy and scope are communicated and driven.
  • Liaise with customers/stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations. Provide leadership and critical thinking into technical design and address issues.
  • Carry out detailed Data Analysis on data from various disciplines. Assist in developing solutions.
  • Develop proposals for customers to improve their products. Coach junior staff in technical capability.
  • Work with the team to improve technical and billing business processes.
  • Work with customers and team members to develop technical solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Provide support to other projects and act as technical advisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in Software Development.
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Significant ETL experience using SSIS.
  • Experience with SSRS and reporting toolset.
  • Sound knowledge of Customer billing, Contracts and Configuration management.
  • Advanced C# and Visual Studio skills.
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills.
  • Experience with .Net (MVC), Java, csHTML, JSON, XML, CSV, version control and API usage.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Multiple Business area disciplines such as IP Telephony, Cloud and Networks.
