We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.
This role requires the ability to assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional state, as well as be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
