Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

We're seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our People Experience (PX) team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing workforce and people data to support decision-making and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Management: Gather and manage employee and workforce data from various HR systems and sources.
  • Data Cleaning and Preparation: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data through cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis.
  • Trend and Pattern Analysis: Analyze people-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and connect it with business impact.
  • Data Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze data and support hypothesis testing and modeling.
  • Reporting: Regularly present findings and recommendations to the PX team and other stakeholders to inform strategic PX initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Experience in R or Python for data extraction, cleaning, and modeling.
  • Experience in using data visualization methods and tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Knowledge and application of core statistical analyses, including correlation, regressions, and classification.
  • Knowledge in concepts of experimental design, hypothesis testing, sampling, power analyses, A/B testing.
