Job Description
We're currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at the Marion Domain centre. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk reception, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting doctors and medical staff with administrative tasks. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, each committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient queries, and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Supporting doctors and medical staff with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Cultivating strong working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:Previous experience in a team leadership role or similar position within a customer-facing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.A high standard of presentation and attention to detail.
