We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join our team at Stoneriver Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, and working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 150-160 properties using Property Me software
  • Provide high-level customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Work closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Hold an OFT Certificate of Registration and current driver's license
