The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Sourcing Specialist to shape our procurement strategy across critical categories.

  • Oversee purchasing of goods and services for project delivery teams.
  • Cultivate strategic supplier partnerships and lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Ensure excellence and reliability through supplier performance oversight.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role is based at our head office.

Your Expertise

To succeed, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years' experience in procurement or category management, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong systems capability, including experience with procurement software.
  • A strategic mindset with ability to align goals with business objectives.
