DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Macquarie Correctional Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a primary care setting.
Your key responsibilities will include performing health assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Skills- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $51.09 per hour + superannuation
