Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Delivery Expert to lead our fast-growing AWS ProServe delivery specialists in Australia. This expert will oversee the high-quality delivery of customized engagements with customers across various sectors.

  • Hire and develop specialized business and technical talent in multiple areas, such as Advisory, Engagement Management, Data/Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Migration, and GenAI.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of projects with strategic customers across all specialties.
  • Oversee the high-quality delivery of customized engagements with partners and customers in commercial and public sectors.
  • Attract and develop top talent to build high-performing teams of Professional Services Delivery Consultants with superior technical depth and outstanding customer relationship skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous consulting or IT advisory services experience, with technical depth and credibility to sell complex transformational IT consulting engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguity and scale systems, processes, and teams.
  • Previous experience in an organization that has built and/or sold products/platforms.
  • Ability to develop scalable/repeatable solutions across multiple lines of businesses and customers.
  • Track record of leading technical teams and ability to distill technical information to technical or non-technical customers.
