To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical Experience: Recent experience working in a theatre or scrub nurse role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of theatre nursing practices and current clinical guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
