Job Opportunity: Support Team Member

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Support Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be interacting with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional and polite manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include restocking supplies, performing assigned tasks, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

  • Sanitation and Food Safety: Consistently demonstrate and maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Receiving Spaces Evaluation: Help evaluate receiving spaces to ensure they meet our stringent safety and security requirements.
  • Task Completion: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Safety Standards: Adhere to company safety standards at all times and prioritize the safety of other team members and guests.
  • Coordination and Efficiency: Coordinate job duties around other opening team members to optimize efficiency during peak periods.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately store food orders, rotate stock using the first-in-first-out method, and monitor shelf life and code dates.
  • Equipment Familiarization: Maintain a working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
