Launch Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled CyberArk Engineer to join a large financial organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing systems that underpin our PAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Develop CyberArk Platform: You will work on configuring and developing the CyberArk platform to ensure seamless integration with our PAM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with teams across privileged access, infrastructure, networks, and stakeholders to implement PAM solutions for the CyberArk platform.
  • Implement Solutions and Monitor Operational Health: You will implement solutions and monitor the operational health and performance of the platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Contribute to Administration and Service Improvement: You will contribute to the administration and continual service improvement of CyberArk.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated Experience with CyberArk PAS: You must have demonstrated experience with CyberArk PAS, including installation, development, design, and troubleshooting.
  • 5+ Years' Experience in IT Infrastructure: You must have 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure working across Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Cloud Platforms, and networking.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management: You must have experience with Privileged Access Management and User Access Management principles.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $175,000 including super.
  • Hybrid Working Arrangement: You will have a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
  • On-Call Allowance: You will receive an on-call allowance for incidents.
