This is a key leadership role that requires strong educational leadership skills, financial and managerial abilities, planning and policy development expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, and community engagement.
- We are seeking an appropriately qualified individual who is currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing significant areas or functions within the school to ensure the effective development, provision and evaluation of the school's education program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and coordination of senior curriculum or level coordinators.
- Allocation of resources and positions of responsibility.
- Supervision of teaching programs delivery.
- Management of programs to improve staff knowledge and experience.
- General discipline matters beyond classroom teachers and year level coordinators.
- Contributing to overall school management.
Requirements:
- Aptitude for visionary educational leadership.
- Highly developed financial and organisational management skills.
- Excellent planning and policy development skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with parents and the community.
- Demonstrated ability to lead inclusive practices.
