Lead Educator Job Description

This role involves working closely with fellow educators and the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement innovative early learning programs that foster a culture of bravery, curiosity, and imagination in children.

As a Lead Educator, you will build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their time at the centre.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with experience in long day-care and a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services.
