We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of our Electric Vehicle (EV) proposition. Our goal is to create a seamless user experience that drives sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead multiple areas of the EV product roadmap from concept exploration to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to guarantee a cohesive user experience.
  • Develop a long-term vision and Client Value Proposition for new products, building a roadmap to achieve success.
  • Represent the organisation in Australia and NZ on all sustainability initiatives, driving progress towards a greener future.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor benchmarking, understand market trends, and formulate strategic responses to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders to educate and challenge teams on our proposition, promoting a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

  • A blend of technical expertise and leadership capability, with strong operational foundations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in product management, pricing, customer research, and competitor analysis, with a proven track record of success.
