Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/Client Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, delivering exceptional client service, and driving business growth through strategic consulting and value-add services.

About the Position

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will have the autonomy to proactively manage your client set, backed by the guidance of our technically astute Directors. You will enjoy a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience, which can be up to $110,000 per annum, including superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing expert financial advice, and delivering exceptional client service.">
  • Developing and implementing tailored financial solutions to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.">
  • Collaborating with the Director's team to deliver strategic consulting and value-add services, including financial forecasting, interim reporting, and business advice.">
  • Providing strong mentoring and support to junior accountants, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.">
  • Contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies and initiatives to grow the business.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, such as a CPA or CA.">
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.">
  • A strong understanding of financial planning, tax, and compliance, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.">
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional client service.">
