Job Opportunity: Vetting Manager - Defence

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of vetting analysts in handling complex security clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files to ensure alignment with standard procedures.
  • Effectively manage caseload and execution.
  • Coach and mentor team members to promote growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in vetting (essential) in Government or similar high-security environments.
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 with opportunity for upgrade as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).

  • Leadership: Experience in leading a team with drive to mentor and lead enthusiastic security analysts.
