Job Title: Payroll Specialist for Regional Express

We are seeking a skilled and experienced payroll specialist to join our team at Regional Express Holdings Limited in Forest Hill, Wagga Wagga.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry of employee timesheets and leave forms into our payroll system, checking payroll reports for accuracy, and assisting in the generation of fortnightly pays for approximately employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and processing of payroll information
  • Verification of payroll reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Support with the preparation of fortnightly pays
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
  • Emailing payroll reports to supervisors
  • Other reasonable duties as requested by the Payroll Manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require good numeracy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel, and previous experience using a payroll system. A Higher School Certificate is also essential.

Benefits:
