Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier to the global Life Science industry, is seeking an experienced Life Science Instrumentation Specialist to join their ANZ team in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining Life Science instruments.
About this role
- This position requires experience in field service engineering with a strong understanding of electrical repair.
- You should have sound knowledge of tools and equipment such as multimeters, conductivity meters and drills.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with both written and verbal communication.
- A valid Driver's licence and Induction (White) Card are also essential.
- Our client offers a competitive salary package with car allowance and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service and maintain Life Science instruments.
- Build specific product knowledge and competencies on a specialist portfolio of equipment.
- Identify, analyse and repair product failures.
- Order and replace parts, as needed.
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customer's needs.
- Support customers across academia, environmental, pharmaceutical and clinical market segments.
- Support other states / territories where required.
