About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Banking & Finance team. As a Senior Lawyer, you will work closely with our Partners to provide strategic guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide expert advice to clients
• Collaborate with Partners on complex Banking & Finance matters, including debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Participate in negotiations and liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements

• 3-7 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law
• Law Degree
• Strong expertise in complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, and related areas
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
