This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Culinary Supervisor to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations during peak service periods to ensure timely and precise dish preparation that exceeds customer expectations Assist the Head Chef with menu development, stock management, and food preparation Mentor and guide the kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment Create and manage staff schedules Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Culinary Supervisor or in a similar capacity within a high-volume kitchen Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture In-depth knowledge of culinary practices, ingredients, and kitchen tools Experience in achieving operational and financial objectives Relevant culinary qualifications A passion for being part of a dynamic and professional team
