Key Responsibilities:

• Break down pigs and lamb carcasses with care and precision.
• Cut and trim quality meat to perfection.
• Develop value-added products and innovate in the butchery space.
• Provide high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
• Foster a team environment, coaching and mentoring junior butchers.

About You:

You'll take pride in your work, care about the people you serve, and be a mentor to junior butchers. Share your expertise and have a genuine passion for delivering the best cuts of meat with excellent customer service. Above all, help us maintain our reputation for quality and innovation.
