We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Oilandgas. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage Site Managers and Foremen, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely and transparent project progress reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
- HSE Management: Collaborate with the HSE Advisor and Manager to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Scheduling and Progress Tracking: Utilize scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Skills and Knowledge: Exposure to commercial construction projects with a value of $10M+, ability to manage and mentor in a collaborative and supportive manner, and a drive to succeed and develop in a growing business.
