We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our hospital team in QLD, Australia.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current registration.
- Proven experience in rural nursing and emergency care.
- Strong triage skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using ieMR, First Net, Power Chart, and HBCIS systems.
- Knowledge of ALS, Resus, and Triage certificates, as well as BLS competency.
- Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK) and Manual and patient handling skills.
- Infection control, aggressive behaviour management, and medications management expertise.
- Ability to complete online induction training and adapt to changing circumstances.
