Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our frontline team at EG stores in Toowoomba.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty by actively listening to customers, responding promptly to their needs, and providing solutions to their queries.
  • Promote products and offers in-store by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, engaging with customers, and creating an appealing store environment.
  • Operate point of sale systems and monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure seamless transaction processing and effective inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times by adhering to health and safety protocols, reporting incidents, and contributing to a culture of safety.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards, managing stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized store.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred to support our store team, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and promoting products.
  • A confident attitude, energetic approach, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be solutions-focused, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
