As a Senior Associate, you will partner with a relationship Director to drive account management strategies targeted at delivering outstanding client service, executing large transactions, effecting global product mandates, and maintaining responsibility for day-to-day portfolio activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with multiple touchpoints within both existing and target clients to build and maintain strong relationships, identify client needs, and position the Bank's solutions accordingly.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of our clients' industries and associated markets, including both local and global dynamics.
  • Working with a range of global product specialists, including Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged and Syndicated Finance, Global Markets, Trade & Receivables Finance, Liquidity & Cash Management, and Private Banking.
  • Undertaking credit evaluation on our client set, including analysis of complex financial information and timely preparation of high-quality credit applications for general corporate and structured lending scenarios.
  • Ensuring adherence to credit policies, financial crime compliance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Instructing, negotiating, and executing client facility documentation requirements, working with internal and external legal counsel as required.
  • Coordinating with the team's dedicated Portfolio Service Executive to ensure administrative tasks are completed in line with client requirements and internal reporting needs.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
