The Associate Producer will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, working closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional audience experiences.
  2. Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming, including tour management, venue logistics, and artist coordination.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including artists, venues, and community partners, to foster a vibrant and inclusive arts ecosystem.
  4. Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging arts programs that celebrate the unique cultural identity of our regions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A proven ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints, demonstrating excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  2. Experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, contracts, logistics, and event safety, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  3. A sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Experience with performing arts, touring, and venue operations, including a strong knowledge of industry practices and standards.
