{"About the Role": "As a seasoned Service Designer, you will spearhead the creation, implementation, and operation of key Information Management services, ensuring seamless support for the project's solution by integrating user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities. You will adopt a collaborative and participatory approach in transforming IM services, leveraging a variety of design tools and techniques. Your expertise will ensure all IM service design outputs are in line with regulatory frameworks, strategic roadmaps, policies, and standards. You will plan and execute user research to guide design choices, as well as assess and improve the user experience. You will examine current IM service delivery processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop innovative services that enhance business performance by focusing on user needs, technological capabilities, and cost-effectiveness. You will lead the development of IM service concepts and prototypes, defining user requirements, conducting task analyses, and creating detailed process flows. You will facilitate co-design sessions with diverse teams, including Service Owners and Business System Owners, to explore and recommend optimal service delivery solutions. You will oversee the testing and validation of IM service concepts, prototypes, and systems to ensure they meet the intended goals and user expectations.
About You
To be successful in this role, your application should include:
* Proven experience in service design, particularly within the public sector or government environments.
* Strong expertise in leading service design projects from inception to operationalisation, with a focus on Information Management services.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and facilitate co-design sessions effectively.
* A thorough understanding of user research methodologies, with experience in applying research insights to design and evaluate user-centred services.
* Relevant qualifications in service design.
* Strong ITIL service design experience, with a focus on developing user-friendly and efficient services.
* Experience in visual and UX design is beneficial.
