Civil Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil Engineer to lead and mentor junior engineers, driving successful project outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices, with expertise in various aspects of civil engineering including study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
They will also have experience in the scoping and development of engineering work packages, including time-based estimates for deliverables, and an interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections as a trusted technical advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to achieve project objectives
- Drive successful project outcomes for our clients
- Provide solutions and services to clients both on and off site
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies
- Collaborate with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise from across the business
Requirements:
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices
- Expertise in various aspects of civil engineering
- Experience in scoping and development of engineering work packages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
