Working closely with the Sales Team, this role focuses on assisting and providing administrative support through coordination of the administration system, manual recording for documenting rentals, dehires, credits, and appropriations for the sales executive and management team. This entry-level position will provide diverse learning experiences and opportunities to grow your career in administration.
About the Traineeship
- Full-time traineeship with one-on-one mentoring
- Collaborate with a supportive team working closely with the Sales Department
- Administration duties: data entry, filing, recording sales reports
- Receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business upon completion
- Opportunities for further training and career development
About You
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and progress your career
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
