Job Title: Learning Facilitator
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified individual to conduct engaging classes for young children.
The ideal candidate will work primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute educational activities in Arts/Crafts, Cooking, Healthy Eating, and Sensory play
- Set up and pack away the learning environment, ensuring a tidy and aesthetically pleasing space
- Interact positively with children and parents, encouraging participation and skill development
- Foster language growth, self-help skills, and social interactions through purposeful activities
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Skills in Lesson Planning, Education, and Child Development
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities
- Creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated to child development
Location & Hours:
This position is based at our HQ, with classes held in Parramatta. Casual hours are available on specified days.
