About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Coffee Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area, equipment, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee drinks, flavors, and brewing methods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
