Real Estate Insurance Broker Leader

We are seeking a seasoned insurance broker to lead and manage a small team who handle the insurance requirements of Real Estate Agents and Commercial Property Owner clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Commercial Property clients, assess their needs, and recommend insurance products and services. They will also oversee policy renewal processes, negotiate terms with insurance carriers, and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Real Estate Agents and Commercial Property Owner clients' insurance requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with Commercial Property clients and assess their needs.
- Oversee policy renewal processes and negotiate terms with insurance carriers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation.
- Insurance broking experience, preferably managing an SME or commercial book.
- Prior experience managing a small team.
- Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
- Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
