About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Expert to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash handling, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all customers have an enjoyable experience
  • Manage cash handling, operating Point of Sale systems efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, drinks promotions, and events
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Promote our loyalty program to existing and new customers
  • Upsell and suggest additional items to enhance customer experience
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced sports bar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling
  • RSA certificate or willingness to obtain
