Geriatric Evaluation and Management Inpatient Unit Job Description

This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a geriatric evaluation and management inpatient unit.

1. Provide best practice care as a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary team
2. Act in a position of advocacy for the patient and their family
3. Be a part of this compassionate team in providing quality care

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered nurse
• Must have current immunisation of diseases as listed in NSW Health Policy Directive
• Experience in Rehabilitation desirable but not essential
• Focused on patient centred nursing
• Minimum 2 years post graduate nursing experience
• Demonstrate time management and organisational skills
