Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team of educators and support staff in providing high-quality care and education for young children. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the centre, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that every child receives a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment. Your leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best, and your passion for early childhood education will shine through in everything you do.

  • Manage Daily Centre Operations:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACECQA Approved Diploma:
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience:
  • Licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • Current Blue Card:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively:
  • Manage priorities effectively
