We are seeking an experienced Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Burwood/Blackburn. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a chance to work with a diverse range of clients and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric speech pathology and be able to work effectively in a team. They will be responsible for assessing and treating clients, as well as providing education and support to families and carers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including children and adults, and develop their skills in areas such as assessment, treatment, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat clients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet client needs
  • Provide education and support to families and carers
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve client outcomes

Requirements:

  • Practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based principles in assessment and treatment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
