About the Role

As a School-based Trainee at Reece Group, you will embark on a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while working in our bustling Plumbing Croydon branch.

This unique opportunity allows you to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, preparing you for a fulfilling career in supply chain operations.

You will be an integral part of our team, assisting in sales processing, stock management, and customer service. Your duties may include:

  • Embracing Reece values and policies, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch's high standard through teamwork and dedication.
  • Developing product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and recommendations.

Key responsibilities also include answering phone calls, taking messages and orders, communicating effectively with customers and staff, and providing follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, a great attitude, and willingness to give new things a try. Teamwork and a neat, tidy work environment are essential qualities.

This position offers a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications. You will work approximately 1.5 days per week during term time, with additional hours available during school holidays. Saturday availability is required.
